Yes. Payzio is built for independent experts: one person, a handful of clients, invoices that need to be right and paid. There is nothing to configure for a team you do not have.
No. Payzio is not a payment processor. Clients pay you directly, by bank transfer or with the payment details you put on the invoice. Payzio tracks the invoice, records each payment and keeps the records straight.
EN 16931 is the European standard for electronic invoices that public bodies, and increasingly businesses, require. Payzio produces the XML and the Factur-X PDF and checks each field before you send, so a rejected invoice is caught here, not weeks later.
Not unless you ask it to. By default every AI-written reminder waits for your approval, and the tone can never go past the cap you set. You can switch collections off for any client entirely.
No. The free plan does not expire and asks for no card. You add billing details only when you choose a paid plan.
Yes. Export your invoices, clients, payments and expenses at any time, and delete your account from Settings whenever you want to leave.
